Maria Greener

Maria Greener was born in Italy and moved with her parents to Northampton in 1960. Her family are the owners of a well known local company and on leaving school Maria worked initially in the travel industry and gained invaluable experience working in London, in Italy and North America. In 1994 Maria joined her Husband, Richard, bringing her considerable experience in customer service to the Estate Agency company. Maria has headed the company sales league for many years and numerous clients have benefitted from her extensive knowledge of the industry and her ability to achieve the seemingly impossible. If a house is unsaleable she will relish the challenge!

Maria, who is fluent in Italian, maintains close links with her friends and family in Italy and outside of work she is a keen gardener, busy mother and, when the opportunity presents itself, world traveller.

Nick Pattison MNAEA

Californian born Nick was educated at Bedford and started his career in Estate Agency in 1980 having spent time in the United States selling Real Estate. In 1986 he joined Richard Greener at the Northampton branch of Berry Bros and went on to manage an Area as a Director of Bairstow Eves with 14 branches throughout the County. In 1998 he started his own successful business in East Northants which he sold in 2006 and in 2008 he renewed his partnership with Richard being appointed a Director shortly after. His 32 years plus experience within the industry has given him unrivalled local knowledge and a true understanding of the market. A great believer in sales by Auction has helped many clients achieve sale prices well in excess of their expectations.

Nick is a resident of Weston Favell where he lives with his wife Vanessa and their four children. Nick does not have time for hobbies!

Matthew Brack

Northampton born Matthew was educated at Weston Favell and started his estate agency career at the age of eighteen. Having obtained a solid grounding in the profession he then left the town and worked for five years for Foxtons in London spending most of his time there at the North London office in St Johns Wood. In 2007 Matthew returned to Northampton and joined Richard Greener in the position of Senior Valuer. Now a resident of East Hunsbury Matt is a keen and successful angler (or so he tells us) and when he can escape the hustle and bustle of Estate Agency he can usually be found up to his waist in water on the banks of Pitsford Reservoir.

Nick Greener

Nicholas Greener was born in Northampton and educated at Great Houghton Prep School and Uppingham School in Rutland. On leaving school in 2003 he spent a winter season working for Intrawest as a Ski Instructor at the Whistler Ski resort in Canada and then resumed his studies at Nottingham Trent University.

In July 2009 Nick graduated with an Honours Degree in Estate Management having spent his placement year in London working for a firm of Chartered Surveyors in Mayfair. In August 2009 Nick joined the family firm as a Residential Sales Negotiator.

Outside of work Nick is a keen sportsman having played first team and Varsity Hockey at school and University and as well as golf and snow skiing he has recently taken up wake boarding. Nick is a keen supporter of Northampton Saints although his work commitments on Saturdays make it hard for him to cram everything in!

Helen Dunn

Helen has lived in Northampton since her childhood, having been brought up in Duston, although is now a resident of Kettering. Helen started her career in the leather industry however moved into the property world in 1998 and joined Richard Greener in 2001 in the role of Branch Secretary. Helen is the “hub” of the office without whose presence things can go wrong! Helen however has been with the company now for ten years and is a familiar voice to many clients and customers who appreciate her efficiency and calmness under pressure.

In her spare time Helen, who is married to Shaun, enjoys walking in the country parks of Northamptonshire but frequently travels further afield touring the beauty spots of England. Her favourite beauty spot? Appledore in Devon.

Dawn Hallissey

Northamptonshire born Dawn started her career in the property industry in 1992, originally working for Woolwich Property Services in Wellingborough. Dawn joined Richard Greener in 1999 as a Residential Sales Negotiator and Valuer where she expanded her knowledge of the industry to the Northampton area.

In January 2000 Dawn transferred from the Estate Agency company to take charge of Greener Rentals & Property Management and was appointed Associate Partner. Dawn now heads up a team of experienced property professionals dedicated to the successful letting and management of apartments, cottages, town and country houses for private landlords, corporate clients and numerous overseas landlords.

Judy Haynes

Northampton born Judy joined Greener Rentals & Property Management in 2006 in the role of Property Manager.

Judy has worked for many years in the property industry, having previously worked for the well known firm of local developers, Clayson Country Homes.

Judy has lived most of her life in Northampton, with the exception of a six month spell in North Island, New Zealand where she and her husband, Mark, had contemplated emigration. Having decided the Land of the Long White Cloud was not for them they returned to Northampton where Judy, who is a keen horsewoman, pursues her interests in gardening and walking her Border Collie, Alfie.

Lyndell McGall

Northampton born Lyn spent her youth living in north Buckinghamshire however returned to Northampton in 1996 to pursue a career in travel. Lyn has worked for both Thomas Cook and Yorks Travel in Northampton for a total of twelve years and joined Richard Greener Estate Agents in 2008 as a Property Manager working within Greener Rentals. Her customer service experience in the travel industry has prepared her for the demands of the property industry where she also doubles up her role as the company Lettings Negotiator.

Outside of work Lyn is a keen portrait artist, accepting commissions mostly for drawings of children and pets and some landscapes. She is also a keen world traveller having cruised in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean and is looking forward to a future cruise on the Independence of the Seas.

Valerie Russell

Northampton born Val lives in Abington Vale and is a Property Manager within our busy Lettings Department. Her secret is that she is a local Magistrate so we have to be on our best behaviour around her! Her two boys have left home and is now left with Jodie, her collie cross dog which is seen walking Val around Abington Park quite often.

No time for hobbies apart from socialising with friends and family, Val has a enthusiastic personality that clients clients and colleagues enjoy and will probably be the first voice you hear when calling through to our Rentals Department.

Although there is much more to tell, we are not allowed to say because of her Magistrate status but clients are encouraged to ask!
