From Northampton town centre take the A45 towards Wellingborough and take the second turning left onto the A5076 signposted to Great Billing. Proceed straight over the next two roundabouts and at the third roundabout proceed straight over taking the first right signposted towards Overstone Park Golf Club. Take the immediate first right signposted to Overstone Park School, at the end of the road turn right and at the end again take the second turning right sign marked private no through road. Proceed along the road for approximately fifty yards where the property can be found on the right hand side.
