From Northampton town centre proceed in an easterly direction along the A4500 Wellingborough Road to the roundabout junction with Park Avenue adjacent to Abington Park. Take the left filter over the traffic lights into Park Avenue North and then take the fifth turning on the left hand side into Broadway. Continue across the junction with Oakwood Road and carry straight on where the property then stands on the left hand side.
