Weekend Sales Negotiator
An exciting opportunity for part time working in our busy Northampton Town Centre Sales Office on Sundays and Bank Holidays with the possibility of further hours subject to the demands of the business. Applicants should have an in depth knowledge of Northampton and the surrounding villages and whilst previous sales experience is not essential it would be beneficial. In addition to working in the office there will be opportunities to carry out accompanied viewings at our client's properties so car ownership will be essential. - Inventory check-ins & check-outs
- Tenant Referencing
- Drawing up of tenancy agreements
- Handling viewing enquiries & maintenance
