The property comprised a prominent collection of redundant period red brick barns, rich in character and history, set on the southern outskirts of Little Brington and benefitting from Full Planning Permission for conversion into four unique dwellings. The barns, extending to approximately 5,900 square feet, were thoughtfully designed to be transformed into a mix of high-quality homes. A substantial two-storey four-bedroom residence, a single-storey three-bedroom home, and a charming pair of two-storey semi-detached two-bedroom cottages. Each of the proposed dwellings was positioned to take full advantage of the breathtaking views over surrounding Estate farmland. This was a project that beautifully combined heritage architecture with contemporary rural living, and it was a privilege to be involved in its journey from concept to a significant milestone in the area’s ongoing story of sensitive development.
