When booking your appointment to view you will receive an email confirmation of the time and date of your viewing

We will ask for your name, postal address and email address as well as your telephone number so that we can contact you in the event that a change of appointment is necessary

We will register your details and requirements on our Client Relationship Management System to ensure that you are informed of suitable properties coming to the market

You will be met at your viewing appointment by one of our experienced professionals who will accompany you throughout the viewing

We will answer any questions you may have with honesty and if we don’t know the answer, we will do what we can to find out and come back to you

After your viewing we will ask for your feedback so that we may inform the sellers if you are interested in buying the property

When you decide to purchase we will assist you throughout the negotiation and will give you feedback from the sellers

Once agreed we will ask for your solicitor details and will confirm the agreement of your purchase by issuing a written memorandum of sale to you and your solicitor and to the sellers and their solicitor

We will assist you with funding your purchase if required thorough our partner mortgage broker

Our sales progressor will help you through every step of the process by keeping in contact with you, your surveyor your mortgage lender or broker and your solicitor and we will also keep in regular contact with your selling agent and those below if your property is involved in a chain of transactions

We will agree a date for exchange of contracts and completion and we will hand the keys to your new home to you on Moving day
