Although Rugby falls outside our usual area of operation, we were more than happy to step in, another example of our willingness to go the extra mile to support our clients’ goals. The development itself comprised four distinctive contemporary detached homes, each thoughtfully designed with modern family living in mind.
The properties we were tasked with selling offered approximately 2,000 sq ft of accommodation, including four double bedrooms (with en suites to both the master and guest rooms), a spacious kitchen/diner, lounge, study, and an integral double garage. Positioned to the side of the development for added privacy, the house also benefitted from generous off-road parking and a landscaped rear garden.
