Standing just 5ft 1 (but don’t mention it), Alex brings a towering level of professionalism to her role. With a solid background in property management and a degree in Business and Entrepreneurship, she’s got the brains, the experience, and the to-do lists to match.

Known for her practical, hands-on approach, Alex thrives on clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and building strong, respectful relationships with clients and tenants — all while juggling last-minute repair requests and chasing that one contractor who “is just 5 minutes away!”

Outside work, she’s a full-time mum to a very curious five-year-old and a part-time wrangler of a lively cocker spaniel. Whether she’s navigating a park trail or a plumbing issue, Alex does it all with calm efficiency and a boot-full of snacks (for the dog, child, or herself — depending on the day).

Reliable, organised, and always three steps ahead — even if her legs have to work twice as hard to keep up.
