Andrew Kilburn

Andrew spent his childhood in Hong Kong before returning to the UK in his late teens and beginning his career in an estate agency in 1990. In 1995, he joined Richard Greener, where he spent the next 12 years developing his skills and gaining valuable industry experience.

In 2008, Andrew became a director at a well-regarded regional firm of chartered surveyors and country home estate agents. Following this, he took on various management roles in the industry. While gaining experience across many aspects of the profession, Andrew’s main focus has been the sale of both village and townhomes throughout Northamptonshire.

In March 2025, after taking a 14-month sabbatical to travel abroad with his wife, Andrew rejoined Richard Greener as a director. Reflecting on his return, he commented, “It just goes to show—sometimes the grass really is greener.” Andrew has three grown-up children and currently lives in Abington with his wife and their Border Terrier. A passionate sailor and water enthusiast, he can often be found on—or in—the water during his spare time.
